Bishop Consulting Pty Ltd is an Executive Recruitment Consultancy founded by Lisa Bishop. Our mission is to provide superior quality, end-to-end recruitment services, primarily within the industrial, manufacturing, and construction sectors.

We go beyond the standard position description to ensure that we identify candidates who not only meet the technical requirements but also align with your company’s culture and vision. After shortlisting candidates who best match the position description and the top five must-haves of the client, we conduct structured face-to-face interviews (where possible) to gain a deeper understanding of the candidates’ career aspirations and suitability for the role.

Lisa Bishop, the Managing Director of Bishop Consulting, brings over 22 years of experience in recruitment, sales, and leadership. Under her guidance, Bishop Consulting has grown from a zero start-up to become one of the leading recruitment service providers in Australia, serving diverse sectors such as construction, industrial, mining, oil and gas, fire systems, building services, and HVAC construction hire.
Lisa’s core competencies include new business development, candidate generation, key account management, and team building. Her impressive track record includes a 100% placement rate and an average 98% retention rate. She has successfully won multiple national tenders, onboarded major clients, and developed a national training program for staff.
