Interview
Thorough screening using best practice, evidence based interviewing techniques.

Interviewing
We conduct structured, evidence-based interviews with all candidates to ensure a thorough understanding of their career aspirations, skills, and suitability for the role. Whenever possible, we meet candidates face-to-face to build a complete profile and match them to your organisation’s needs.


Reference
Reference checks are completed using candidates direct manager and or supervisor.

Reference Checking
We perform a minimum of two reference checks for each candidate, speaking directly with their previous managers or supervisors. We provide you with the referees’ work email addresses and telephone numbers, along with the formal reference check report. Additionally, we can include role-specific technical or sales-related questions upon request.


Assess
Tailored assessments to help you make informed decisions between shortlisted candidates.

Personality / Intelligence and Behavioural Assessments
Bishop Consulting can carry out specific assessments for the shortlisted candidate/s. These are usually used when the client has difficulty in making a choice over which candidate to move forward with. These assessments can evaluate numerical, verbal, written, and abstract reasoning, as well as sales, management, and personality traits.
